The Frontline Group took part in Race Equality Week. A UK-wide initiative, Race Equality Week was launched by community interest company Race Equality Matters. Employees were invited to take part in a private 5 minute daily challenge to reflect and think about how we each engage, interact, and include those who are ethnically diverse.
