Since joining R2R two years ago, I’ve taken the lead role in redeveloping the group’s Direct-to-Consumer website, MagsDirect. As the eCommerce Development Manager, expanding MagsDirect’s online presence and advancing its capabilities has been my core focus. Identifying early on the growth potential, I have evolved the initial website into a scalable e-commerce platform that has achieved notable market growth and distinctly positioned us ahead of our competitors by diversifying and offering new features which has enabled us to capture new users.

The directors have provided unwavering support—they don’t just oversee; they facilitate innovation and provide the tools needed to realise our strategic visions. This empowering environment has enabled me to introduce and integrate effective digital solutions that positively impact our operations and customer engagement.

The culture within the group is what ties everything together and is a perfect example of a flexible work-life balance. Everyone is approachable, and there’s a genuine sense of friendliness. We all pull together to solve challenges, making it a dynamic and exciting workplace.
