In my current role I manage a team of 7 logistics planners, who are responsible for the physical distribution of all our magazines. From print all the way to wholesale.

Future ambition

My time at Frontline has flown by in a blink of an eye. The nature of our business and industry is that we cannot sit still, we must think outside the box and evolve. This usually keeps myself and my team busy (and out of mischief). Frontline is a forward thinking company that leads to many opportunities.

What’s the Frontline culture like

I think it’ll be very hard for you to find another company like Frontline. The atmosphere is great, the company looks after it’s employees. There are regular company wide updates, to keep everyone in the loop. We have department updates, so we know what we are focusing on, what new things are coming up. There are several different hubs for Diversity & Inclusion and wellbeing. Everyone is friendly and easily approachable. Everyone is listened to. And my personal favourites- chocolates and soft drinks in the fridge! And a lovely coffee machine for everyone to use and enjoy!

Tips for interviewees

Always be honest and yourself. For a lot of the roles within Frontline, it’s not just about if you have the right set of skills. It’s about the right fit for role, team and the company. So personality is a big part of every interview. Make sure you don’t hide that away.
