In celebration of International Women’s Day, The Frontline Group launched it’s very first Woman of the Year award. The focus was to recognise and celebrate all the fantastic achievements that women at the Frontline Group have accomplished, and we asked staff members to submit their nominations and then vote. This was followed up with a live event with free breakfast at the Stuart House office on International Women’s Day. We were joined by published author and ICF accredited systemic leadership coach Tess Cope who did a fantastic talk on her career ( which included Frontline) and the impact of coaching. The event closed with the announcement of the well-deserved winner of the FL Group Woman of the Year award – Helen Rumble!
